These days.......

These days I've been busy.

1st there was story telling for the kids in Bishan Library.

Helluva fun la sey!

I acted as Miss Strawberry and my character was this sweet, forgiving tree.

And the kids were soooo cute.

I thought they will not answer when we ask them questions. BUT yes they did answer.. Phew...

And they were friendly and a cheerful lot. Enthusiastic bunch.

And when everything was finished and I wanted to go home, this little girl recognised me and told her mom, "Ma, that's Miss Strawberry!" cute la..

And many people commented that it was a job well done and by far, one of the best storytelling they have ever attended.

We are so pleased with the outcome. Hey, we worked assidously on it, you know. Satisfied you know.

And the best part is that we made many children laugh and smile.

I love volunteer work.

I'll love to do it again.

Secondly, I'm part of the NDP 07.

With the PA, we are the sky troopers, mass display.

My saturdays are burnt, with less time to spend with someone. saddededededed.

It's tiring but fun. new friends were made.

And the costume which at first I thought was slenger busuk turned out to be quite ok when all the lights are on. Power ranger tapi lagi cool nyer ar k. HOHO. Don't play play, we got weapon with fireworks, you know.

So on 9th Aug, we'll be blinding colourful space/starwars people.

The sad thing is we have to wear bicycle helmets, kire style ar tuuuuuu. I'll definitly post pictures of this. and u can savour the moment of laughing your asses off looking at me making a fool out of myself.

But to think of it, it's fun because my friends and i can laugh the hell out of it.

Ok bye.

P.S: I love Singapore la sey but aiyak I don't like this la, why sooooo expensive to live here and and and the GST rising 2% some more. Aiyaaaakkk.
